Penguin Parade Tour, Phillip Island:

You will be picked up from your hotel in Melbourne and driven to Philip Island for a day of leisure, fun and wildlife watching. En route to Philip Island, take in the scenic countryside. Drive along a 140-kilometer stretch from Melbourne to Phillip Island, a distance of 10,000-hectare boasting more than a hundred varieties of animal species.

Begin the day with a visit to the Wildlife Park and enjoy an interactive experience with Australian wildlife. Hand feed the kangaroos and get a closer look at the ever cuddly koalas. The koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, and different types of birds provide fabulous photo opportunities. Phillip Island is also home to southern Australia’s largest colony of flying foxes. Measuring about 41 centimeters tall, the Little Penguins have established colonies in the coastlines of Australia and New Zealand. You can also spot them in Tasmania and the Chatham Islands.
